Sushi Vinegar
Simple and easy to make sushi vinegar recipe! It literally takes only a few minutes and consists of just three ingredients.

Tools/Supplies:
- Small pot used to make sushi vinegar
- Whisk or spoon
- Bowl or jar
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- ¾ tablespoons kosher salt
Combine all three ingredients into a small pot and set on low heat.
Gently stir with a whisk or spoon until the sugar and salt fully dissolves (2 to 3 minutes). Pour into a bowl or jar and let it cool.
